PT. Lila Sehat Teknologi Medis seeks a seasoned Live Operations Lead to oversee daily live streaming across multiple platforms, driving sales performance and audience engagement.

You will manage hosts and operations teams, analyze real-time metrics like GMV and conversion, and coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Content to ensure on-brand campaigns and product availability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Live Operations, Live Commerce, E-commerce Operations, or a similar role, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
• Proven experience managing live streaming operations and supervising hosts or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of live commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee Live or other platforms.
• Good understanding of live streaming performance metrics, sales conversion, audience engagement, and GMV optimization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational data and develop actionable improvement plans.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple live streaming sessions, schedules, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for performance tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
• Strong coordination skills across departments and willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage daily live streaming operations across multiple platforms, ensuring smooth execution and targets.
• Develop and implement live streaming strategies to increase sales performance and viewer engagement.
• Monitor real-time sessions for quality, compliance, and promotional Campaign execution.
• Supervise Live Operations staff, Live Streaming Hosts, and related teams to meet standards.
• Analyze performance metrics (GMV, conversion, audience metrics) and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports and coordinate with E-commerce, Marketing, Sales, Merchandising, Warehouse, and Content teams.
• Manage streaming schedules, host assignments, and resource allocation for efficiency.
• Identify issues and implement solutions to minimize disruptions during sessions.
• Develop and improve SOPs, guidelines, and evaluation systems for the Live Operations team.
• Provide coaching and feedback to hosts and staff to improve skills and productivity.
• Stay updated on live commerce trends and platform developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure all live activities comply with policies, regulations, and brand guidelines.
