Job summary

Timezone Indonesia is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee multiple venues in the Jakarta area. You will drive performance, develop venue leaders, and ensure adherence to brand standards.

You will analyze financials, manage budgets, lead trainings, and coordinate with People & Culture, Marketing, and IT to deliver memorable guest experiences while expanding footprint across Indonesia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in regional/multi-unit management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all venues in the area.
• Monitor, analyze, and create action plan for key performance metrics.
• Implement strategies to improve venue performance and meet business goals.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop venue managers.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback.
• Organize and lead area meetings, training sessions, and workshops.
• Uphold service standards and guest experiences.
• Address escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Drive initiatives to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
• Manage regional budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
• Analyze financial reports and improve profitability.
• Identify growth opportunities including new openings and revenue streams.
• Ensure venues comply with policies, safety, and standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess brand guideline adherence.
• Collaborate with People & Culture, Marketing, IT to support operations.
• Serve as communication bridge between regional manager and venues.
