Job summary

Folx TV seeks an HR & People Operations Manager to own end-to-end HR across the group with a strong focus on recruiting live hosts and talent for our fast-growing live commerce operations. The role is on-site in Green Lake City, Cipondoh, Tangerang, Indonesia.

You will lead full-cycle recruitment, design KPI/OKR frameworks, and maintain HRIS Talenta for attendance, leave, and employee data, while shaping policies and supporting the GA team on daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in HR, People Operations, GA, or a comparable role.
• Preferred background in MCN, live commerce agency, talent agency, retail, or e-commerce brands.
• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience, particularly for live host and talent positions.
• Working knowledge of KPI/OKR, performance review, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Experience with HRIS Talenta is an advantage.
• Familiar with candidate assessment methods such as behavioral interviewing or psychometric testing.
• Able to handle people issues firmly, objectively, and communicatively.
• Detail-oriented and organized in administrative work.
• High integrity, honest, and trustworthy.
• A degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field is a plus; relevant experience matters more.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end HR across the group's divisions, with emphasis on live host and talent recruitment.
• Design and run KPI/OKR framework and performance review cycle.
• Maintain HRIS (Mekari Talenta) for attendance, leave, and employee data.
• Handle employee relations issues including discipline, workplace conflict, and internal communications.
• Develop policies, SOPs, and HR systems for scalable operations.
• Supervise and support the GA team on office and daily operational needs.
