Job summary

PT.UQBA LIFESTYLE INDONESIA, based in Daan mogot, Tangerang, Indonesia, is seeking a proactive HR professional with strong end-to-end recruitment and HR operations experience. The role covers planning HRD activities, developing departmental goals, managing recruitment and selection, and maintaining employee data, with preference for candidates who can communicate in English and start immediately.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:30 with a 1 hour 30 minute break; additional benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field; Psychology or Law is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as HR.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, especially for Sales positions.
• Familiarity with attendance management, payroll, training, performance management, and contract administration.
• Able to communicate in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control HRD activities and initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of departmental goals, objectives, and HR systems.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain and manage employee data, including attendance records.
