The ideal candidate has e-commerce or livestream experience, strong data analytics, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, livestream commerce, or retail operations.
• Strong understanding of livestream platforms and e-commerce metrics.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate livestream selling events from scheduling to host briefings.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and hit sales targets.
• Coordinate inventory with warehouse and logistics for live events.
• Prepare product info, pricing, and promos for broadcast.
• Troubleshoot technical issues to minimise downtime during streams.
• Analyze post-event data and generate improvement reports.
• Train hosts and moderators on procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines and company policies.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to boost viewer retention and conversions.
• Handle customer inquiries during livestream events.
