The role is sales-focused, requires comfort following scripts and campaign mechanics, and supports peak-hour events. prior experience in live-streaming is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as Live Host/Content Creator/Sales Promoter or similar role.
• Confident and engaging on camera with strong communication.
• Able to explain products clearly and handle questions during live sessions.
• Sales oriented with ability to drive engagement and conversions.
• Familiar with Shopee Live, TikTok Shop Live or other live-stream platforms.

Responsibilities

• Host live-streaming sessions across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
• Present products, promotions, vouchers, and key selling points.
• Engage with viewers in real time to support purchase decisions.
• Drive sales conversion through demonstrations and calls-to-action.
• Support campaigns and peak-hour sessions per business needs.
• Coordinate with ecommerce team on priorities and stock, review performance.
