Jet Commerce is seeking a Live Commerce specialist to manage host schedules, train on live streaming terms, and ensure hosts provide accurate product knowledge. The role includes monitoring performance, preparing monthly reports, and supporting creator events for an active e-commerce ecosystem in Southeast Asia.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, project management, and data analysis skills, with hands-on experience in live streaming or content creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize hosts schedules for live streaming sessions and content production.
• Provide onboarding and basic training on live streaming terms and conditions and best practices.
• Deliver product knowledge training to ensure hosts present products effectively.
• OBS & Advertising Setup to Support Live Streaming Performance.
• Prepare monthly performance reports, including achievement tracking and incentive/bonus calculations.
