Job summary

PT Unitama Sari Mas is seeking a Live Commerce Lead to set and drive monthly and annual sales targets for our live streaming initiatives across product, promotions, pricing, and customer engagement.

You will lead live streaming planning, including product selection, selling points, scripts, flow, and schedule, while monitoring key metrics and guiding the live streaming team to achieve outstanding performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Live Commerce, E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, Marketplace, or related fields.
• Proven track record of achieving live streaming sales targets and improving performance.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, or other live commerce platforms.
• Strong understanding of basket size, sales, GMV, traffic, and conversion.
• Experienced in managing live streaming teams, particularly hosts, moderators, and live operators.
• Strong understanding of live selling, product storytelling, promotional mechanics, and audience engagement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Set and drive monthly and annual sales targets for live streaming.
• Develop and manage live streaming strategies covering product, promotion, pricing, and customer engagement.
• Lead live streaming planning, including product selection, selling points, live concept, script, flow, and schedule.
• Monitor and analyze basket size, sales, GMV, traffic, viewers, and conversion to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and develop the live streaming team, including hosts, moderators, and live operators.
• Improve live streaming processes, scripts, themes, and operational standards to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor live commerce trends, consumer behavior, competitors, and platform developments to identify growth opportunities.
