Job summary

PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha (WOM Finance), Tbk in Yogyakarta seeks a competent Legal Counsel to handle criminal and civil matters, provide strategies, and ensure regulatory compliance. Draft legal opinions, demand letters, lawsuits, and manage litigation with the Legal team as needed.

Minimum 2–3 years in Legal/Litigation; Bachelor of Law required; Advocate certification with KTA PERADI and Berita Acara Sumpah preferred. Strong negotiation and risk mitigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law; Master’s preferred.
• Certified Advocate with valid KTA PERADI and Berita Acara Sumpah.
• 2–3 years in Legal/Litigation; experience in multifinance or law firm a plus.

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Law; a Master’s Degree (S2) is preferred.

Certified Advocate (Must have valid KTA PERADI and Berita Acara Sumpah).

Min. 2-3 years in Legal/Litigation (Multifinance or Law Firm background is a plus).

Expert in Legal Drafting, Litigation Techniques, and Risk Mitigation.

Strong Negotiation, High Risk Awareness, and Professional Integrity.

Ability to handle external pressures (e.g., NGOs/Mass Organizations) and high mobility.

Willing to be placed in our Business Head, Yogyakarta.
