Job summary

PT Mega Central Finance seeks a seasoned Head of Litigation to manage civil and criminal cases and protect the company’s legal interests in Indonesia.

You will lead the litigation team, coordinate external lawyers, develop case strategies, and provide counsel to management on legal risks, recovery, and asset protection, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Law.
• 7–10 years of experience in Legal/Litigation, preferably in multifinance, banking, or financial services.
• Minimum 3 years in a managerial/supervisory position.
• Experienced and capable of handling court proceedings independently , including civil and criminal cases.
• Strong experience in wanprestasi, financing disputes, collateral execution, and recovery.
• Active Advocate License (PERADI) and experience appearing in court are highly preferred.
• Experienced in managing external lawyers/law firms.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
