Job summary

PT Asuransi Central Asia is seeking a dedicated Legal Officer to analyze cases and provide issued-based legal opinions. The role involves handling civil and criminal matters outside and inside court, drafting agreements, and coordinating with external lawyers to resolve issues.

We value a Law degree with GPA 3.00, at least 3 years in a legal litigation department, and fluent English. Insurance industry experience is a plus; strong communication, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure are

Qualifications

• S1 in Law from a reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Minimum 3 years experience in legal litigation department
• Having experience in handling legal matters in an insurance company is an advantage
• Fluent in English both oral and written

Responsibilities

• Analyze each case faced by the company and prepare legal opinions
• Handle legal issues faced by the company, both internal and external, civil and criminal, in or outside court
• Draft agreements required to resolve legal problems
• Establish relationships with external parties, e.g., Law Firms, for case handling

Job description

Analyze each case faced by the company and poured into an analysis referred to the legal opinion

Handle legal issues faced by the company, either internal or external civil and criminal, outside the court and in court (proceedings).

Drafting up the agreement required by the company to resolve legal problems, either internal or external

Establish a good relationship with the external parties relating to the handling of the case at hand, for example by establishing a relationship with lawyer (Law Firm)

Requirements :

S1 in Law from a reputable university, with minimum GPA of 3.00

Minimum 3 years experience in legal litigation department.

Having experience in handling legal matters in an insurance company is an advantage

Having good understanding about Industrial Relation, UU Ketenagakerjaan, POJK and PPATK

Having Good Communication and interpersonal Skill, Have a High Commitment to Work, Self Motivated, Strong & Though

Detail Oriented, good analytical skill

Fluent in English both oral and written

Having good personality, and able to work as a team or as an individual

Able to work well in under pressure working environment.
