Job summary

PT Dycom Engineering in West Jakarta seeks a capable Legal Professional to serve as Legal PIC, offering guidance on law compliance and statutory requirements across the organization.

You will review and draft contracts, notices, opinions, and other documents, while managing employment-related disputes and industrial relations with stakeholders including customers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of legal drafting and the ability to prepare legal documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Good understanding of employment law and industrial relations, with the ability to handle disputes and legal matters between the company and its employees.
• Proven experience in handling legal matters involving customers, vendors, business partners, and other third parties.
• Able to review and prepare agreements, contracts, legal notices, demand letters, legal opinions, and other legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Act as the company’s Legal PIC, handling legal requirements and legal matters across the organization.
• Provide legal advice and legal opinions to management.
• Handle employment-related legal matters and industrial relations issues.
• Handle legal matters involving customers, vendors, business partners, and other third parties.
• Review, draft, and negotiate the company’s legal documents and agreements.
• Handle and/or provide assistance in litigation and non-litigation proceedings as required by the company.
• Coordinate with external parties, including advocates, legal consultants, government authorities, and other relevant parties.
• Provide direct legal assistance when legal issues arise at branches, business locations, or the company’s operational areas.
• Identify potential legal risks and provide recommendations to management to minimize such risks.
• Ensure that the company’s activities and documents have an appropriate legal basis and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Job description

Must possess a valid and active Advocate Identity Card (KTA) and Advocate Oath Certificate (BAS).

Minimum 4 years of experience in Legal, Litigation, coorporate litigator or a related position.

Strong knowledge of legal drafting and the ability to prepare legal documents in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Good understanding of employment law and industrial relations, with the ability to handle disputes and legal matters between the company and its employees.

Proven experience in handling legal matters involving customers, vendors, business partners, and other third parties.

Good understanding of legal aspects related to the company’s business activities and operations.

Ability to review and prepare agreements, contracts, legal notices, demand letters, legal opinions, and other legal documents.

Strong legal analysis, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel out of town for business assignments and to handle the company’s legal matters when required.

Able to work independently, demonstrate a high level of responsibility, and coordinate directly with management and relevant departments.
