Job summary

RELX International Enterprise HK Limited in Batam is seeking a frontline production manager to drive daily targets and oversee manpower and workstation allocation.

You will ensure SOP, quality and safety compliance, conduct inspections, maintain 5S, and prepare production reports while addressing any downtime or defects promptly. Fluent English required; Mandarin preferred.

Qualifications

• Frontline production management experience with leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of line balancing, poka-yoke, and continuous improvement practices.
• Proficient in production data management: output, material usage, and waste tracking.
• Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing.
• Fluent in English is a must; Mandarin is preferred.

Monitor production activities to ensure SOP, quality and safety compliance

Prepare production reports, monitor defect or downtime and escape operational issues promptly

About you

Experience in frontline production management with strong leadership and communication skill

Knowledge of line balancing, poka-yoke, and continuous improvement practices

Proficient in production data management, including output, material usage, and waste tracking

Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing company

Fluent in English is a must

Fluent in Mandarin is preferred

Placement in Batam
