Job summary

BizLink Group in Batam requests a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities and drive targets on the factory floor. You will optimize manpower, monitor performance, and support disciplined operations to sustain excellence.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering and have at least 10 years in manufacturing, with strong leadership, problem-solving, and English fluency. Lean manufacturing familiarity is an advantage for continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing/production and as a production supervisor.
• Lean Manufacturing familiarity is an advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control daily production line performance to ensure targets are achieved.
• Ensure production output meets quantity and quality standards.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate production leaders, technicians, operators, and support staff.
• Manage manpower allocation to avoid bottlenecks and ensure smooth flow.
• Ensure operators are trained and adhere to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and processes.
• Maintain workforce discipline and attendance.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Planning, and Warehouse.
• Monitor KPIs such as output, OTD, 5S, and safety.
• Suggest and support continuous improvement initiatives.
