Job summary

CATL is seeking a dedicated individual for production line operations in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, maintaining equipment, analyzing production issues, and collaborating with the team to meet production tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum Diploma or a High School diploma with at least 5 years of experience, knowledge of machinery, and strong communication skills in English. Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the production line.
• Sort production materials based on tasks and status.
• Maintain production equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Analyze issues and propose improvements.
• Complete production tasks collaboratively.
• Perform other team-specific tasks.

Job description

• Responsible for the daily operations of the production line, including operating equipment, standardized operations, inspection and maintenance,5S,etc
• Receive and sort out production materials according to production tasks and production status
• Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure the normal operation of the production line
• Analyze the abnormal problems occurring in the production line and put forward improvement suggestions
• Complete the daily production tasks together with the team
• Complete other special tasks of the team

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma from any Major, or High School with minimum 5 year experience
• Have certain cognition and knowledge reserves about machinery and equipment
• Those with working experience in the manufacturing industry will be given priority
• Adaptable to the production environment of the workshop
• Proactive and have good communication skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin Speaker will be preferred
