Responsabilidades

• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards; monitor food quality during preparation.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers and ensure proper cooking temperatures.
• Set up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness of kitchen area and equipment.
• Follow safety policies and report maintenance needs; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
