Job summary

Marriott International in Bekasi is seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You will prepare dishes on your station, following established recipes and quality standards during peak service hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar in a restaurant kitchen.
• Solid understanding of cooking techniques and food safety standards.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, adhering to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory for your station, ensuring proper stock levels and communicating needs to the Sous Chef or Head Chef.
• Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety and handling.
• Assist in training new kitchen staff on station procedures and standards.
