Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook specific menu items according to established recipes.
• Ensure all food orders are prepared accurately, meeting quality and safety standards.
• Deliver orders promptly and consistently within established timeframes.
• Maintain a well-stocked station with all necessary ingredients and equipment before service starts.
• Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure timely completion of food orders.

Skills

Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment

Proficiency in knife skills (cutting, chopping, mixing)

Ability to prepare sauces and dressings according to recipes

Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation and hygiene protocols

Ability to receive and follow instructions clearly

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to help colleagues

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
