Job summary

PT. Bondar Loyo Management in Bali seeks a dedicated cook to prepare and process food ingredients according to company recipe standards and quality requirements, and to cook and serve food promptly according to orders.

You will maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, ensure hygiene and safety regulations are followed, and manage inventory while minimizing waste. You will collaborate with the kitchen team and assist in menu development when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process food ingredients in accordance with company recipe standards and quality requirements.
• Cook and serve food in a timely manner according to orders.
• Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, cooking equipment, and food storage areas.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards comply with health and safety regulations.
• Control and maintain the quality of taste, presentation, and portion size before serving.
• Manage food inventory and report ingredient requirements to the supervisor.
• Minimize food waste and use ingredients efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and follow instructions from the Head Chef / Supervisor.
• Comply with kitchen SOPs and workplace safety regulations.
• Assist in menu development when required.
