Job summary

PT Bello Bello Bali is seeking a passionate, experienced Chef to lead high-quality dish preparation and maintain rigorous food standards. You will ensure smooth kitchen operations in line with SOPs and participate in menu development when needed.

Responsibilities include cooking to recipes, maintaining portion control, waste reduction, and collaboration with service teams. A culinary education or relevant certification is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Chef or Cook.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation.
• Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with good communication.
• Discipline, detail orientation and reliability.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, portion size and plating.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and organization of equipment.
• Monitor food usage and minimize waste for cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams for smooth daily operations.
