Zusammenfassung

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam, based in Malang, Indonesia, is seeking a Permit & License Staff to steward licensing programs for Dikichi outlets. You will prepare, submit, and track licenses, ensure timely renewals, and liaise with OSS RBA, SIMBG, and local authorities.

Your role involves coordinating internal teams, consultants, landlords, and government agencies; maintaining archival licensing records; and generating periodic status reports to help Dikichi expand while staying compliant.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
• At least 2 years of licensing/permit administration or regulatory compliance experience.
• Knowledge of government licensing procedures and regulations.

Aufgaben

• Prepare, submit, and monitor business licensing applications including OSS systems and NIB.
• Coordinate building permits (PBG, SLF, etc.) for outlets.
• Manage environmental licensing documentation and compliance.
• Organize and maintain licensing documentation and archives.
• Track permit status, renewal deadlines, and notify stakeholders.
• Prepare periodic licensing reports for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, consultants, landlords, and authorities to meet licensing requirements.
• Operate licensing platforms (OSS RBA, SIMBG, local apps) and update records.
• Communicate with government agencies to resolve issues and clarify requirements.
