Job summary

PT Dua Pendekar Ayam is seeking an Inventory Control / Inventory Accounting professional to ensure accurate stock data across multiple locations in Malang. You will reconcile physical counts with systems, investigate variances, and support financial reporting, collaborating with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, and Stores.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical thinking, and fluency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Accurate) and Excel. Willingness to travel for stock opname is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
• Experience in inventory recording, stock opname, inventory control, or internal warehouse audits.
• Experience in F&B, Retail, FMCG, or multi-outlet operations is a strong advantage.
• Understanding PSAK/IFRS related to inventory, COGS and assets.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, Accurate or similar ERP systems; strong Excel skills, Power Query preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control inventory accuracy by matching physical stock with system records.
• Conduct regular stock opname across locations to verify quantities.
• Investigate stock discrepancies and identify root causes.
• Drive inventory reconciliation between physical counts and records.
• Resolve inventory issues through process improvements or system corrections.
• Support inventory accounting and ensure alignment with standards.
• Analyze inventory data using ERP systems and Excel.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Warehouse, DC and Stores to improve accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce variances and losses.
