Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi seeks a results-oriented Lender Relations Specialist in Jakarta to acquire new lender partnerships and provide top-tier service. You will manage accounts, respond to inquiries, and help optimize the lender experience while contributing to revenue growth.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in fintech or banking, strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software to maintain a current portfolio.

Qualifications

Min. Education: Bachelor's Degree in any major.
1–2 years' experience from Peer-to-Peer or Banking industry.
Excellent communication, selling, and presentation skills.
Negotiation techniques and marketing strategies to increase sales.
Extensive relationships or networking.
Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Acquire New Potential Lender.
Assist Lender-related inquiries and needs (Creating, Managing, and Optimizing Accounts).
Maintain existing Lender by providing the best services.
Work towards achieving set revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth.
Negotiating and leading high-impact strategic partnerships/improvement.
Responsible for maintaining a current portfolio, good relations, providing the best quality services and adequate product information to customers.
