Job summary

PT Cicil Solusi Mitra Teknologi (CICIL) is a licensed P2P lending fintech in Indonesia focused on supporting productive sectors through lending and funding solutions. We are seeking a Lender Acquisition Specialist to identify and acquire new lenders, build and maintain long-term relationships, and actively manage lender portfolios.

You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience, achieve individual funding targets, and develop new funding opportunities through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services.
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, or relationship management.
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in client acquisition and working with business targets.

Responsibilities

Your Role

• Assist with onboarding, inquiries, and product information
• Develop new funding opportunities through networking and relationship building
• Achieve individual funding and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth lender experience

We’d Like to Meet You If You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, P2P lending, fintech, or financial services
• Exposure to funding, wealth management, investment products, priority banking, or relationship management
• Strong communication, sales, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Confidence in client acquisition and working with business targets
• Strong networking and relationship management ability
• An existing funding portfolio or client network is highly valued
• Availability to join ASAP is preferred
