Job summary

Impact Credit Solutions in Jakarta is seeking a proactive Business Development & Portfolio Growth professional to build a high-quality borrower portfolio and drive sustainable lending. You will identify and onboard new borrowers, nurture existing relationships, and coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure timely deal closing.

The role focuses on achieving monthly lending targets, expanding referral networks, and maintaining strong portfolio performance

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire, and onboard new borrowers that meet criteria.
• Develop and maintain relationships to maximize wallet share.
• Coordinate with Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations, Finance, and Compliance to ensure timely execution of lending.
• Prepare high-quality lending proposals supported by financial analysis and industry insights.
• Monitor borrower repayment performance and proactively resolve payment issues.
• Prepare periodic sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and portfolio reviews.
