Drive leasing activities for a Grade B/A shopping mall, helping attract suitable tenants and support the mall's commercial performance. This position will be based in our Jakarta (Sudirman) or Karawang (mall management) office.

Key responsibilities

Identify and engage prospective tenants aligned with the mall's positioning and target market.

Manage leasing enquiries, presentations, negotiations, and documentation through to completion.

Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, occupancy, and tenant mix opportunities.

Collaborate with internal teams to support tenant onboarding and smooth opening processes.

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in leasing, preferably within a Grade B or Grade A shopping mall.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Commercial awareness and the ability to identify and develop leasing opportunities.

Good organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple prospects and negotiations.
