• Good organization and ability to manage multiple prospects and negotiations.

• Identify and engage prospective tenants aligned with the mall's positioning and target market.
• Manage leasing enquiries, presentations, negotiations, and documentation through to completion.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective tenants.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, occupancy, and tenant mix opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support tenant onboarding and smooth opening processes.
