Job summary

The role requires at least a bachelor degree and 2 years of experience, with strong project management and communication skills. You will collaborate across teams to ensure timely delivery and effective ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current business processes to enhance value through ICT.
• Design, develop, and manage learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget to align with goals.
• Conduct benchmarking of similar applications/programs/systems.
• Manage consultative services to improve effectiveness and efficiency through ICT.
• Ensure completeness of the development process and proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to meet project goals and timelines.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
• Analyze and adopt methods to propose alignment and integration.
• Support integration & implementation processes.
• Evaluate needs assessment results and proposed findings.
• Stay updated on trends and technologies in learning tech and propose innovative solutions.
