Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a dedicated professional to support learning technology initiatives. You will review business processes, design and manage the learning technology strategy, and benchmark similar applications.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong project management, communication, and ICT in teaching and learning. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful solutions and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Minimum 2 years working experience.
Experience in learning technology and teaching & learning areas preferred.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze current business processes to enhance value through ICT.
Design, develop, and manage the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.
Benchmark similar applications/programs/systems.
Manage consultative service to improve ICT processes.
Ensure complete documentation of the development process.
Coordinate internal and external parties to meet project goals and timelines.
Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
Analyze and propose alignment methods; support integration and implementation.
Keep updated on trends in learning technology and propose innovative solutions.
