Job summary

CIMB Niaga is seeking a Learning Architect to design blended curricula and scalable learning ecosystems. You will bridge business strategy with instructional design, shaping experiences through LMS/LXP, content libraries, assessment tools, and analytics.

You will conduct needs analyses with stakeholders, define architecture blueprints, implement personalization, and ensure accessibility, security, and measurable performance improvements across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience designing blended curricula and scalable learning ecosystems.
• Ability to map business strategy to instructional design and outcomes.
• Familiarity with data, analytics and learning technologies.

Responsibilities

• Needs Analysis: analyzes learning needs with stakeholders to identify skill gaps.
• Curriculum Design: creates user-centered, blended curricula aligned to goals.
• Ecosystem Design: own the target architecture for LMS/LXP, content libraries, and tools.
• Technology Implementation: evaluates and selects learning tech to enhance experiences.
• Instructional Strategy: develops future-oriented strategies for in-person and digital learning.
• Integration & Data: oversees HRIS integration, data pipelines and APIs.
• Content Strategy: curates content and enables reuse via modular assets.
• Personalization: applies rules/AI for role-based and performance-driven recommendations.
• Quality & Accessibility: enforces standards and usability testing.
• Security & Privacy: ensures compliance with InfoSec and retention policies.
