Job summary

BINUS Group is seeking a dedicated professional to support learning technology initiatives. You will review business processes, design and manage the learning technology strategy, and benchmark similar applications.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 2 years of experience, with strong project management, communication, and ICT in teaching and learning. You will collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful solutions and stay current with trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 2 years working experience.
• Experience in learning technology and teaching & learning areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze current business processes to enhance value through ICT.
• Design, develop, and manage the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget.
• Benchmark similar applications/programs/systems.
• Manage consultative service to improve ICT processes.
• Ensure complete documentation of the development process.
• Coordinate internal and external parties to meet project goals and timelines.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practices related to learning & development.
• Analyze and propose alignment methods; support integration and implementation.
• Keep updated on trends in learning technology and propose innovative solutions.

• Support in reviewing and analyzing current business process to enhance value through ICT.
• Support in designing, developing, and managing the learning technology strategy, roadmap, and budget, ensuring that it aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
• Support in conducting Benchmark the similar applications/programs/systems.
• Support in managing consultative service to improve effectiveness and efficiency process through ICT.
• Ensure completeness of the overall application development process and its proper documentation.
• Ensure the collaboration within internal and external parties are well managed and achieve the projects’ goal and timeline.
• Conduct learning and benchmarking on best practice related to learning & development.
• Support in analyzing and adopting the best method to approach and propose the alignment.
• Support for Integration & Implementation process.
• Support in evaluating the Needs assessment results and Proposed Finding.
• Keep updated of emerging trends and technologies in learning technology and recommend innovative solutions to enhance the learning experience.

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor.
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor.

Education Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
