Job summary

PT SMART Tbk is seeking a senior leader to own the Learning & Development and Knowledge Management agenda. You will design and implement the annual L&D blueprint, modernize the learning experience with microlearning and social learning, and drive a culture of continuous, self-directed learning across the organization.

You will establish KM governance, capture tacit knowledge, ensure accessible, up-to-date materials, and manage cross-functional partnerships and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of experience in People Development / Knowledge Management / Digital Learning Platforms.
• Hands-on LMS and KM platform experience; Moodle preferred.
• Strong instructional design knowledge (ADDIE, Agile Learning Design) and Change Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Strong managerial and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop L&D Strategy: design and implement the annual L&D blueprint aligned with business objectives.
• Modernize the Learning Experience using microlearning, social learning and gamification.
• Drive a Learning Culture through internal initiatives and communities.
• Measure Learning Impact with ROI and ROE metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Govern KM framework including platforms and SOPs; ensure knowledge retention and accessibility.
• Collaborate with Heads of Department and vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
