Job summary

PT CIPUTRA RESIDENCE is seeking an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and implement L&D strategy aligned with organizational objectives. You will conduct TNA, develop annual training plans, and manage end-to-end programs including budgeting, delivery, evaluation, and reporting.

Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in L&D with at least 3 years in a managerial role, strong instructional design knowledge, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Admin, Education or related field.
• 7–10 years in L&D/Training with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, competency development, instructional design, and training evaluation.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple programs.
• Training certifications such as BNSP or Certified Trainer are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategy aligned with business goals.
• Conduct TNA across departments to identify gaps.
• Create annual training plans, programs, and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end training process from planning to evaluation.
• Develop training materials and competency-based learning content.
