Job summary

PT SMART Tbk seeks a senior professional to lead the development, growth, and management of the organization's learning ecosystem and knowledge management. You will design the L&D strategy, modernize the learning experience, drive a learning culture, and measure impact to continuously improve outcomes.

You will govern KM platforms (Intranet, Notion, Confluence) and Moodle, ensure accessibility, retention, and ongoing audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from reputable university.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in People Development / Knowledge Management / Digital Learning.
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Knowledge Management (KM) platforms; Moodle experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of ADDIE and Agile Learning Design as well as Change Management to support learning transformation.
• Good communication, stakeholder engagement and presentation skills.
• Strong managerial & Project Management Skills: ability to plan, manage and execute projects on time.
• High level of empathy to understand learning needs across organizational levels.
• Willing to work at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Thamrin.

Responsibilities

• Develop L&D Strategy: design and implement the annual L&D blueprint aligned with business objectives.
• Modernize the Learning Experience: create engaging, employee-centric learning solutions with microlearning, social learning and gamification.
• Drive a Learning Culture: lead internal learning initiatives and communities to promote continuous learning.
• Measure Learning Impact: evaluate ROI and ROE and improve outcomes from insights.
• Knowledge Management Governance: optimize KM framework and SOPs for documentation on platforms.
• Knowledge Retention: capture tacit knowledge from SMEs to prevent loss from turnover.
• Knowledge Accessibility: ensure materials are organized, searchable and up-to-date.
• Knowledge Audit: review assets to keep information relevant and accurate.
• Strategic Business Partnership: collaborate with department heads to identify capability gaps and build learning initiatives.
• Vendor Management: manage relationships with external learning providers and platforms for quality and cost-effectiveness.
