Job summary

Sinar Mas is seeking a Learning Experience & Knowledge Manager to lead the development of the learning ecosystem and knowledge management system, ensuring access to strategic knowledge and a culture of continuous learning.

The role requires 10+ years in People Development or KM, hands-on LMS experience (Moodle preferred), and strong change management capabilities, with on-site work at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Thamrin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• At least 10 years in People Development, KM, or Digital Learning.
• Hands-on LMS and KM platform experience; Moodle preferred.
• Strong instructional design and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willing to work at Sinarmas Land Plaza, Thamrin, Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Lead learning experience and culture development aligned with business priorities.
• Govern KM framework; capture and organize knowledge.
• Collaborate with department heads and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Measure impact using ROI/ROE and adjust programs.
• Manage projects with resource planning and risk management.
