Job summary

You will collaborate with SMEs and instructional designers, provide technical support, and analyze LMS data to drive improvements while delivering effective training sessions to maximize learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the learning management system, including user account management, course catalog maintenance, and content uploads.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure learning materials are uploaded, organized, and accessible within the LMS.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to LMS users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor LMS usage and performance metrics, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and deliver training sessions to educate employees on how to effectively utilize the LMS and maximize learning experience.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to learning management systems, incorporating new features and functionalities as appropriate.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate the LMS with other HR systems and tools, ensuring seamless data flow and integration.
