Job summary

Krom is seeking a Learning & Development Executive to drive employee learning initiatives within the HR & GA Division. You will analyze training needs, design and deliver programs, and create supporting materials across in-person and online formats.

The role requires strong communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia, familiarity with LMS and digital tools, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HRM, or related field.
• Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in Learning & Development.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient in conducting training needs analyses and evaluating program effectiveness.
• Deep understanding of e-learning, digital training platforms, LMS, and digital collaboration tools.
• Ability to develop technology-based curricula and analyze data using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to align learning strategies with overall business objectives.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and compile Training Needs Analyses (TNA) for individuals across the organization.
• Plan, design, implement, deliver, and evaluate learning programs (in-person and online).
• Create and present training procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Facilitate individual or group training sessions and coordinate resources.
• Maintain databases for training, development, and employee engagement activities; manage attendance and documents.
• Prepare training and engagement reports for internal stakeholders and regulators.
• Keep up to date with trends and practices in learning and development.
