Job summary

JAPFA is seeking a Learning and Development professional to oversee daily people development and learning operations across assigned units in Jakarta. You will coordinate the design and implementation of training, development, and capability-building programs, monitor schedules, participation, and completion against plans, and review records and learning data.

You will collaborate with HR Business Partners, COEs, and external training providers to drive continuous program improvement and support
