Job summary

PT Inti Citra Agung, trading as Optik Melawai, seeks a Learning Assistant Department Head to lead training and development initiatives at its Jakarta location. You will design, coordinate, and implement comprehensive learning programmes that enhance employee capabilities and support business objectives.

Reporting to HR leadership, this role focuses on soft skills, managerial training, onboarding, and branch-level coaching.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Human Resources, Training and Development, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or HR administration roles.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and learning management systems (LMS) or training software.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).
• Preferred experience with onboarding programmes and performance management systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training programmes tailored to various departments and employee levels
• Coordinating and scheduling training sessions, workshops and learning events across the organisation
• Collaborating with department heads to identify training needs and skill gaps within teams
• Strong knowledge and experience in soft skills development, managerial training, and employee onboarding programs.
• Overseeing all HO learning and development programmes, including technical skills, soft skills, and managerial skills training.
• Provide support for soft skills training programs at branch level, including coaching and developing branch trainers.
• Experienced in conducting Training for Trainers (ToT) programs.
