Job summary

PT Inti Citra Agung (Optik Melawai) is seeking a Learning & Development professional to design, develop and maintain structured training curricula aligned with business goals. You will craft engaging learning materials and OJT frameworks to build employee competencies.

The role requires evaluating learning effectiveness, managing data, and collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to drive successful learning initiatives in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Learning & Development or related area; fresh graduates with internship welcome.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management, analysis and reporting.
• Familiar with Canva, Adobe Illustrator and Magnific for content development.
• Strong understanding of curriculum development, instructional design, and training module creation.
• Ability to evaluate learning effectiveness and translate results into improvements.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and maintain structured training modules and curricula.
• Review and evaluate existing training modules for relevance and alignment with business objectives.
• Create engaging learning materials including digital content and training presentations.
• Design and develop On-the-Job Training (OJT) programs and learning frameworks.
• Evaluate effectiveness of learning modules and identify areas for improvement.
• Measure impact of learning programs on knowledge, skills and job performance.
• Manage training data, learning records, documentation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with departments and external vendors to identify learning needs and ensure effective implementation.
