Job summary

PT Sukses Corp International is seeking an experienced Learning Designer to architect curricula aligned with our competency framework and business needs. You will craft objectives, learning paths, and modular roadmaps across soft, technical, and hard skills, ensuring scalable design and consistent quality.

You will also develop storyboards and VO scripts for engaging e-learning videos, supervise end-to-end production, and manage LMS content.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Educational Technology, Psychology, or a related field

Responsibilities

Design the structure of learning curricula based on competency framework and business needs
Develop learning objectives, learning paths, and module roadmaps for each competency area (soft, technical, hard)
Conduct training needs analysis with stakeholders to identify competency gaps
Build instructional design frameworks that are scalable and consistent (e.g., 12-screen module arc)
Create storyboards and VO scripts for learning videos and ensure content is substantive and well-grounded
Produce end-to-end e-learning videos (scripting, VO coordination, basic editing, LMS uploading)
Develop interactive elements (quizzes, branching scenarios, knowledge checks)
Manage content on the LMS (upload, update, maintain modules)
Collaborate with comms/branding and SMEs to validate technical content
