Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Design & Program Development Coordinator in Jakarta to lead instructional design, develop leadership programs, and manage digital learning initiatives. You will oversee instructors, collaborate with leaders, and drive talent development to support business priorities.

The role requires ADDIE expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel domestically as needed to execute learning projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Management, Psychology, HR, Education, or related disciplines.
• Certification in Training & Development or Learning & Development is a plus.
• 3–5 years in Learning & Development or corporate learning roles.
• 2 years leading or supervising training lifecycle.
• Experience in HR consulting or corporate learning is preferred.
• Strong instructional design and leadership development experience.
• Experience applying ADDIE throughout development.
• Familiarity with TNA, competency management and learning evaluation.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning initiatives.
• Proven project and people management skills.
• MS Office proficiency; business English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end instructional design using ADDIE; analyze through evaluation.
• Design and develop competency, performance, and leadership development programs.
• Coordinate digital learning initiatives and LMS implementation.
• Develop culture-internalisation programs to reinforce values.
• Collaborate with external partners and maintain quality standards.
• Drive knowledge management and learning-sharing initiatives.
• Oversee talent development, succession planning, and leadership pipelines.
• Coach instructors and ensure continuous improvement in delivery.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and measure learning impact.
• Partner with leaders to align learning with business priorities.
