Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Learning Instructor to lead end-to-end learning programs across Sales, After Sales, or Head Office. You will analyze training needs, design curricula, deliver engaging sessions, and evaluate outcomes.

This role requires coaching, continuous improvement, and travel across locations including Jakarta Pusat and Pekanbaru. Reporting to the Learning Design & Development Coordinator and Learning Center Manager, you will ensure programs align with competency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in Training Instructor or similar roles.
• Certification in training delivery, facilitation, instructional design, or learning development.
• Hands-on learning lifecycle experience: analysis, design, development, delivery, evaluation.
• Familiarity with ADDIE and competency-based learning development.
• Willing to travel domestically and support multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform Training Needs Analysis to identify learning priorities.
• Design and update learning paths, curricula, modules, and materials.
• Deliver classroom, workshop, and practical sessions with high engagement.
• Assess learning outcomes and provide post-training evaluations.
• Coordinate programs across business units and locations.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with standards.
• Coach employees for internal and external development programs.
• Drive continuous improvement in learning effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, leaders, and stakeholders.
