Job summary

BukuWarung is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer Executive to own the end-to-end learning journey for the sales team. You’ll be embedded with the sales organization, observing field performance to sharpen training content and delivery from Day 1 onboarding onward.

The role requires hands-on training experience with sales or frontline teams, strong facilitation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience delivering end-to-end training.
• Experience training sales, commercial, or frontline teams preferred.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with fast-paced startup pace and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales teams, covering soft skills, product knowledge, and internal tools, while adapting delivery to different levels of experience and learning readiness.
• Develop and continuously improve training modules and learning materials to support effective learning delivery and address business and learner needs.
• Monitor sales performance and productivity trends to identify capability gaps and develop initiatives to improve sales productivity through learning programs.
• Build strong working relationships with sales leaders across centers and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure training programs are aligned with business needs.
• Analyze learning data (completion rates, assessment scores, and post-training performance) and translate insights into actionable recommendations to continuously improve training content and effectiveness.
