Job summary

Humology is seeking an Executive Coach to mentor senior leaders as they navigate complex business and organizational challenges. This operator-to-operator role emphasizes accountability for performance and strategic thinking.

You will coach through one-on-one and group formats, help leaders reflect, uncover blind spots, and push for owned game plans. The role reports to the Group Executive Leadership Team and is based in Jakarta.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large, multi-team organizations.
• P&L responsibility or equivalent accountability for business-unit performance.
• Track record of delivering measurable improvements in business performance.
• Ability to coach senior leaders as a credible peer.
• Near-native fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach senior leaders through one-on-one coaching and other coaching formats.
• Help leaders reflect, sharpen their thinking, identify blind spots, and grow as leaders.
• Challenge assumptions through thoughtful questions while respecting task ownership.
• Draw on your operating experience to ask better questions—not to prescribe answers.
• Identify leadership and organizational issues and share insights with the C-Suite.
• Operate autonomously, identifying where coaching can have the greatest impact.
