Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, client services, project coordination, or relationship management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Building trusted relationships that strengthen long-term client partnerships and create exceptional client experiences.
• Ensuring every project is delivered with excellence, from initial coordination through successful completion.
• Working closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring solutions remain aligned throughout every engagement.
• Coordinating seamlessly with consultants, trainers, coaches, assessors, and project teams to deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction through proactive communication and continuous improvement.
• Turning client feedback into meaningful improvements that strengthen our services and partnerships.
• Championing the client experience by ensuring every interaction reflects NBO's commitment to quality, professionalism, and lasting impact.
