Job summary

Shopee Internasional Indonesia is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring safety, accuracy, and on-time fulfillment across shifts. You will lead a team, monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, and KPI targets, and coordinate with related departments to support smooth operations.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in warehouse/logistics with proven leadership, data analysis, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics operations with team leadership.
• Strong understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory control, and stock accuracy.
• Ability to monitor KPIs such as productivity, SLA, NFR, LSR, and inventory accuracy.
• Experience coordinating with other departments to support operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, clean, and organized working areas.
• Manage daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure inbound, inventory, outbound processes are carried out properly.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity, LSR, and SLA targets.

• Ensure accuracy in warehouse processes and administrative tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity.
• Manage manpower allocation and shift scheduling.
