Job summary

Shopee International Indonesia is seeking a proactive HSE - Warehouse professional for Jakarta 2 on a contract basis. You will develop and implement safety programs at the warehouse and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

Responsibilities include creating regular HSE operational plans, conducting hazard assessments and safety observations, delivering training, and maintaining emergency readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health/Environmental Engineering/Industrial Engineering.
• 3+ years in a similar HSE role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001).
• Experience executing HSE programs and understanding legal requirements.
• Environmental management experience is a plus.
• AK3U certification preferred; English is a must.
• Strong analytical skills.

HSE - Warehouse (Jakarta 2, Contract-based)

The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.

• Understanding and able to implement Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001, ISO 14001 & ISO 9001)
• Experience in HSE program execution, understanding HSE legal requirements and other requirements.
• Experience handling environmental management is an advantage.
• Certification in AK3U is preferred, english is a must.
