RainTech is seeking a senior product leader to own retention, activation, and Seedbox roadmap growth for a SaaS subscription business. You will develop segmentation-driven journeys, identify friction points, and drive data-informed improvements across lifecycle stages.

You will lead discovery with customers, map the user journey, and collaborate with Analytics, Product, Eng, and Infra to deliver value quickly and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of product experience in different product roles.
• Experience reducing churn and improving activation with numeric examples.
• Experience working with data and product analytics tools.
• Experience mapping user journeys and segmentation for B2C journeys.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bonus: experience in adjacent industries (VPN/VPS/Hosting/Cloud Storage/Consumer Infrastructure SaaS).
• Bonus: 2+ years in a management role (lead/Head/Director).
• Data and Activation optimization, using behavioral triggers and lifecycle messaging.

Responsabilités

• Own retention strategy: reduce churn across seller types and lifecycle stages.
• Improve activation and onboarding: redesign onboarding to accelerate first value.
• Reduce time-to-value: shorten signup to first meaningful outcome.
• Improve first-week engagement: drive early usage with triggers and education loops.
• Own Seedbox product strategy and roadmap growth; prioritize investments and align with company objectives.
