Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management with end-to-end ownership in ecommerce or digital commerce.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to tie product decisions to commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular meetings with team members to track progress.
• Develop and maintain the product backlog.
• Ensure resources and support for the team.
• Analyze performance data to identify improvements.
• Communicate sprint status, risks, and issues to leadership.
• Facilitate collaboration between team members and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support business owners with commercial opportunity analysis using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Contribute to discovery, definition, prioritisation, development, release, and post-launch improvements.
• Define and track success metrics for each initiative and report to stakeholders.
